The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raleighnc.gov\/parks\/content\/ParksRec\/Articles\/Projects\/ArtsPlan.html\" target=\"_blank\">City of Raleigh Cultural Plan 2016<\/a> offers ample evidence on how to go about doing a plan and then implementing it. As you will see, it was a 2-plus year process.<\/p>\n<p>This topic connects well to chapter 4 on arts adaptation and chapter 5 on planning. The Implementation Matrix on pages 68 to 72 of the report shows the eight goals of the plan, along with what are called \u201cGoals and Strategies.\u201d While not detailed, the matrix has many action verbs and generally clear statements about what outcomes are being sought and over how long a time period. Lane of United States Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The group taking over the company, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nycorenaissance.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">NYC Opera Renaissance<\/a>, hopes to use the City Opera name by next week, when it plans to present Puccini\u2019s \u201cTosca\u201d on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2016\/01\/22\/arts\/music\/review-tosca-from-nyco-renaissance-puts-a-grand-ambition-to-the-test.html?_r=0\" target=\"_blank\">Jan. 20-24<\/a> at the Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center. If all goes smoothly, company officials said, they hope their new \u201cTosca\u201d can be billed a co-production of NYCO Renaissance and City Opera.
